Club procedure for booking Pitches;

1. Pitches to be booked one week in advance, (exceptions to this general rule will occur when late fixtures are set by the relevant bodies. If the late fixture clashes with an already booked fixture it will be the responsibility of both affected parties to agree and then notify me so that schedule can be amended if this is the agreement)
2. Bookings will be taken only by texting or emailing David Rogers 086 2510626
3. The list will be placed at the beginning of each week in the dressing room and on the Club website and will also be emailed to all the relevant parties
